JAMES BOND MARTINI 3 parts Gordon's Gin, 1 part vodka, 1/2 part Lillet. Shake with ice until very cold. Pour into chilled martini glass. Add large thin slice of lemon peel. JERSEY-TINI 1 1/2 oz. Sauza® Hornitos Tequila, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur, 1/4 oz. DeKuyper® Tropical Mango Liqueur, splash fresh orange juice, splash fresh lime juice. Pour into a salt-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest. JIM BEAM BLACK & ORANGE MARTINI 2 oz. Jim Beam Black Bourbon, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Amaretto Liqueur, 2 drops bitters, splash fresh-squeezed orange juice, 2 lime wedges. Muddle with lime wedges. Serve up with orange wheel. JIM BEAM BLACK COFFEE & CREAMTINI 1 1/2 oz. Jim Beam Black Bourbon, 1/4 oz. Starbucks® Coffee Liqueur, 1/4 oz. Irish Cream. Garnish with dash of cinnamon. KEY LIME PIE MARTINI 1 1/2 oz. Licor 43, 1 1/2 oz. key lime juice, 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka, 1/2 oz. Midori, key lime or a lime wedge for garnish. For martini rim: key lime juice, simple syrup, and graham crackers. Garnish with lime wedge. KISSABLE 3/4 oz. Smirnoff Orange Vodka, 3/4 oz. White Crème de Cacao, 1 1/2 oz. milk. KIWI MARTINI 2 oz. 360 Vodka, 1 1/2 oz. Boiron kiwi puree, 1/2 oz. Boiron lime puree, 1/2 gomme (simple) syrup. LAVENDER ORCHID 1 oz. Tanqueray No. TEN, 1/4 oz. Raspberry Liqueur, 1 oz. sour mix, 1 splash ginger ale, 1 orchid. In shaker with ice, add Tanqueray No. TEN, Raspberry Liqueur, and sour mix. Top with ginger ale. Decorate with floating orchid. MADE MARTINI 1 oz. Maker's Mark® Bourbon, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur, 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz. cranberry juice, flamed orange twist. Take the orange twist (French cut) and, with a match, flame over the drink. Discard twist. MAE WEST MARTINI 2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Disaronno, 1/4 oz. Midori, 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice. Garnish with a lemon twist. MAIDEN'S PRAYER 1 oz. Plymouth Gin, 1 oz. Cointreau, 1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed orange juice. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry. MARTINI AVEC MOI 1 oz. Absente, 1 1/2 oz. Remy Grand Cru VS, 3/4 oz. (or splash) Lillet Blonde, and 1 tiny splash of Crème de Cassis. Garnish with a lemon twist. MEDITERRANEAN MARTINI 2 oz. Three Olives Pomegranate Vodka, 2 oz. grapefruit juice, splash grenadine. Garnish with wedge of lime. MICHELOB AMBERBOCK MOONGLOW 12 oz. Michelob AmberBock, 1 oz. Amaretto, 3 oz. half & half, 1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur, 1/2 tsp. mint leaves, minced. Mix ingredients gently in a cocktail shaker. Garnish with a mint sprig. (Makes 3 cocktails.) MIDNIGHT MANGO 1 1/2 oz. Finlandia® Mango Fusion Vodka, 1 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur, 3 1/2 oz. white cranberry juice, splash lime juice. Garnish with mango. MINT TRUFFLE TINI 2 oz. Tequila Rose Cocoa Cream, 1/4 oz. Sgt. Peppermint. Shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles. MOCHATINI 1 oz. Starbucks™ Coffee Liqueur, 1/2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur, 1 oz. Absolut® Vanilia®. Shake with ice and strain into martini glass rimmed with white chocolate and sugar. |
