| ABSENTE FRAPPE Fill a tall glass with a mountain of crushed ice. Pour 2 oz. Absente, 1/2 oz. Anisette and 4 oz. of soda water (or seltzer if you prefer). Pour over crushed ice in a martini glass. AMBROSIA Korbel Champagne, 1 oz. Applejack, 1 oz. Korbel Brandy, 1 dash Triple Sec, 1 tsp. lemon juice. Top with Korbel Champagne. ANGELINA CLASSY LADY 2 oz. Bacardi Limón, 1/8 oz. Rose's lime juice, 1/2 oz. 7-Up or Sprite, 1/8 oz. Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth. ANGEL'S FALL 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto, 3/4 oz. Gin, 3/4 oz. 360 Vodka, 1/4 oz. 151 Proof rum, 1/4 oz. Dark Rum, 1/4 oz. Light Rum, 1 1/2 oz. grenadine, splashes cranberry, pineapple, and grapefruit juices. Blend and serve in a large martini glass. APPLE AMERICARIDA Johnny Love's Apple Vodka, Tequila, Triple Sec, sweet & sour, lime juice. APRICOT & MANGO TINI 2 oz. Absolut Vodka, 1 oz. Boiron apricot puree, 1/2 part Boiron mango puree, 1/2 oz. lemon juice, 1/2 oz. gomme (simple) syrup. Lemon twist garnish. ARCADIA 1 1/2 oz. Magellan Gin, 1/2 oz. Galliano, 1/2 oz. Crème de Banana, 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice. AROUND THE WORLD 3/4 oz. Ten Cane Rum, 1/4 oz. Hennessey Cognac, 1 1/4 oz. orange juice, 1 oz. sweet & sour mix, 1/4 oz. Crème de Noyaux. Blend. BALD EAGLE 2 oz. Sauza Tequila, 1 oz. freshly-squeezed pink grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz. cranberry juice, 1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed lime juice, 1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed lemon juice. BARBED WIRE 2 oz. 360 Vodka, 1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth, 1/4 oz. Pernod, 1/8 oz. Chambord, lemon twist. BASIL GRANDE 4 fresh strawberries, 5 fresh basil leaves, 1 oz. Pravda Vodka, 1 oz. Grand Marnier, 1 oz. Chambord, 3 shots cranberry juice. Muddle strawberries, and basil leaves in shaker. Garnish: dust with black pepper and float a basil leaf. BEAUTY SPOT MARTINI 1 oz. Magellan Gin, 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth, 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth, 1 tsp. fresh orange juice, dash grenadine. BEEFEATER AUTUMN TWILIGHTINI 1 1/2 oz. Beefeater Gin, 1/2 oz. Campari, 1 oz. freshly-squeezed ruby grapefruit juice, 2 tsp. simple syrup, 2 dashes orange bitters. Garnish with a wide strip of grapefruit peel. BIRD OF PARADISE 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Tropical Papaya, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Tropical Mango, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Tropical Pineapple Coconut, 1 oz.. Silver Rum. BLACK CURRANT MARTINI 1 oz. Godiva Liqueur, 1 oz. Seagram's Gin, 1/4 oz. Crème de Cassis, 1/4 oz. lemon juice, 1/4 oz. lime juice. Combine ingredients with ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry. BLACK DREAM MARTINI 1 oz. Smirnoff Black Cherry Vodka, 1 oz. Godiva Cappuccino Liqueur, 1/2 oz. milk, 1 splash grenadine. BLACK TIE MARTINI 1 1/2 oz. Skyy Vodka, spritz Campari, spritz Chivas, 2 cocktail onions, 1 black olive. BULLET MARTINI |
CAFÉ TINI 2 oz. Tequila Rose Java Cream, 1/2 oz. half & half. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass. CANDY CANE MARTINI 1 oz. Starbucks™ Cream Liqueur, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Peppermint Schnapps, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper White Crème de Cacao, splash grenadine. Serve in a martini glass rimmed with Stirrings Peppermint. CHARD-TINI 3/4 oz. Cirôc Vodka, 3/4 oz. Sterling Vineyards Chardonnay, 1/4 oz. Peach Schnapps, 1 oz. lemon-lime soda. Add Cirôc Vodka, Sterling Vineyard Chardonnay, and Peach Schnapps. Top with lemon-lime soda. CHOCOLATE-COVERED CHERRY 1 oz. Three Olives Chocolate Vodka, 1 oz. Three Olives Cherry Vodka, 1 oz. White Crème de Cacao. Shake with ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry. CHOCOLATE CHERRY VELVETINI 1/2 oz. chocolate syrup, 2 oz. Imperia Vodka, 2 oz. Chocolate-flavored Liqueur, 2 oz. Cherry Wine, chocolate-covered cherries. Drizzle the chocolate syrup into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with chocolate-covered cherries. CIRÔC CHAMPAGNE COSMO 1 oz. Cirôc Vodka, 1 dash Grand Marnier, 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice, 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice, 1 twist orange, 1 oz. Champagne. Shake Cirôc Vodka, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice, and lime juice over ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with an orange twist. CLARIDGE MARTINI 1 oz. Beefeater Gin, 1 oz. Dry Vermouth, 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy, 1/2 oz. Cointreau. Strain into chilled glass. COUNTRY BREEZE 2 oz. Plymouth Gin, 1/8 oz. Crème de Cassis, 3 oz. apple juice. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with an apple slice and blackberry. DAMN THE WEATHER MARTINI 1 1/2 oz. Magellan Gin, 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth, 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice, 1 tsp. Triple Sec. DEKUYPER® POME'TINI 1 oz. DeKuyper® Pomegranate Liqueur, 1 oz. gin, splash lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lemon/lime twist. DIXIE WHISKEY 2 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon, 1 tsp. DeKuyper White Crème de Menthe, 1 tsp. Triple Sec, 1/2 oz. fine sugar, dash bitters. DRAGON'S FIRE 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Mandrin Vodka, 1 oz. Cointreau, 1 dash lime juice, 1 oz. cranberry juice, orange zest twist to decorate. DROP IT LIKE IT'S HOT 1 oz. Absolut Vodka, 2 oz. lemonade, 1 oz. orange juice, 2 drops bitters, 2 drops TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce, orange slice, sugared and splashed with TABASCO® Pepper Sauce. ENVY 1/2 oz. Absolut Vodka, 2 oz. Midori, 1 oz. Frangelico, 1 oz. Peach Schnapps, 1/4 oz. freshly-squeezed lime juice. Garnish with a slice of star fruit on the rim of glass. |
